Middle: We had a visit from Kelvin Pitman who had been airlifted on 15th October after suffering a heart attack, and had purchased Lady Carnarvon’s new book Carnarvon & Carter.

Bottom: the Brimpton Flying Club presented a cheque, via Lady Carnarvon, to make up to £2600 the amount they had raised over the past year.

Castle Royle Golf Club 14th November: John and Wynne Haynes of Ravensfield, Slough, presented Lyn Paver with a cheque for £1,275 which was the amount they had raised during the year from their tombola and plant stalls at various events around the area.
